Our 1:1 coaching will support you to assess your C+E fitness, set high-level objectives and build a strategic plan for the development of your C+E capability. At a team level, we work alongside your team to develop a C+E strategy aligned with your strategic goals, including a vision, goals, areas of focus and a clear work plan.
Structural:
C+E teams need the right mix of skills and the right level of capacity. We offer a mapping exercise for GMs to help determine the best structure to give your C+E team a clear run at their strategic goals and how the team can work efficiently with key partner teams, such as Māori Partnerships or the executive team. We create a clear framework outlining the team’s key functions and each team member’s role and responsibilities.
Operational:
For those with a well-established C+E team and strategic plan, we offer a deep-dive workshop that examines the people and processes your C+E team needs, the pipeline of work across multiple business units and how to manage workflow, and how to position the team as strategic advisors as well as tactical service providers.
