Frank Engagement is a strategic engagement consultancy working across infrastructure, local government, and central government. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Communications & engagement practitioners with:
- Deep expertise in engagement and/or communications (5+ years minimum)
- Experience with complex projects and work with Te Tiriti partners and many stakeholders
- A practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to learn new project types and industries
- High cultural competency and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Consulting experience is a bonus but not essential
YOUR BACKGROUND
Do you have skills in:
- Researching stakeholder environments & project risks
- Designing and facilitating client workshops
- Designing communications & engagement strategies for programmes and projects
- Developing tools to support engagement e.g. programme collateral and online platforms
- Delivering implementation programmes e.g. coordinating engagement events, facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing media
