Frank Engagement Consultant, Rachel Broadmore, is a communications and engagement specialist, a natural connector and down-to-earth collaborator who excels at developing authentic relationships and tangible outcomes.
Bringing more than 25-years’ experience across the private and public sector in energy, transport, aviation, government, finance, arts and culture and FMCG, Rachel weaves together engagement practice and high-quality communication to deliver innovative yet practical solutions for Frank’s clients.
While Rachel’s broad career has taken her from corporate Queen Street to the High Commission in London, it’s her experience in regional Aotearoa that’s seen her hone her skills in collaborating with grassroots communities and stakeholders to provide strong and trusted partnerships.
Now based in her home region of Taranaki, Rachel works with clients right across the central and lower North Island.
Rachel values diversity of thought and inclusion – to ensure all voices have the chance to participate and be heard in the engagement process. She is adept at creating compelling content and experiences that capture hearts and minds of communities and builds social license to operate.

Qualifications
Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History from Victoria University, Wellington and a Graduate Diploma in PR and Communications from Auckland University of Technology (AUT).
She is qualified in design and planning engagement from the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2), New Zealand and Australia.
