Senior Consultant

Jocelyn is a highly experienced communications and engagement specialist with more than 20 years experience leading strategic engagement across major infrastructure, transport and community projects.  Based in Waikato, she works closely with central and local government agencies and infrastructure organisations to support meaningful, well‑planned engagement that strengthens relationships and delivers clear outcomes.

She brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, project communications, strategic planning, and collaborative delivery – with a reputation for being practical, warm, and solutions‑focused. Jocelyn has led engagement for complex programmes across the Waikato and Auckland/Northland regions, supporting project teams to navigate challenges, build trust with communities, and communicate with clarity.

Jocelyn is known for her ability to quickly understand project environments, foster strong relationships with senior leaders, and provide steady, strategic guidance to consultants and project teams. She is passionate about creating engagement approaches that reflect local context, community needs, and organisational goals.

Qualifications 

Jocelyn is a trained engagement practitioner (International Association for Public Participation Australasia Certific ate in Engagement) and has completed various stakeholder & public relations courses.  She has been a guest lecturer at Auckland University on Stakeholder Management and has been a guest speaker at the Contract Performance Management Summit and the IPENZ Transport Conference, where she also presented a Technical Paper.
