Ally has built a career around bringing people together, organising their thoughts and ideas and structuring work to get things done. Ally is a true believer in the power of collaboration and organisation to get the best results, and makes it her mission to enjoy the journey along the way.
Ally joined Frank Engagement as our Business Manager in 2022 and drives the improvement programme that unleashes our team’s incredible skill set to the benefit of our communities.
For our Frank Engagement clients, Ally is our go-to presentation creator and helps with all things technical or platform-related. She is our resident Social Pinpoint site builder. She also assists with scoping, contract management and finance.
She is also wildly creative and a self-professed geek. She loves using technology to make business easier and has a gift for taking complex situations or ideas and simplifying them into everyday language for people to consume.
Project Highlights
- Implementing streamlined systems and processes at Frank Engagement
- Helping countless businesses tell their story via video
- Building intranets for a couple of leading tech companies, including designing the content architecture, content writing, change management and stakeholder management.
- Coordinating some great events, including an event attended by Prime Minister John Key and throwing never to be forgotten mid-winter Christmas parties!

Qualifications
Ally has a Bachelor of Arts in screen and media studies from Waikato University. She also holds a National Certificate in Business Administration and Graphic and Web Design. While at Xero she trained as an Agile Scrum Master and completed the Managing at Xero internal development course.
