Christine Ennis

Frank Engagement consultant, Christine Ennis, has several decades of experience in undertaking research, writing feasibility studies and business cases. Christine is skilled at developing policy and strategy documents.  

She understands the importance of ensuring the strategic groundwork for a project is in place before commencing its implementation. 

Christine has previously worked in consultancies, in local government, Crown Research Institutes and government ministries.  Her career has seen her work with communities across the motu on the development of significant community facilities, both in their strategic phase and through their funding campaigns. From her government roles, Christine has a good appreciation of the workings and processes associated with government planning cycles, strategies and submissions. 

Christine enjoys supporting the development of community projects which enhance the quality of life for people living in our towns and cities.

Qualifications 

Christine has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Languages and Literature from Massey University.
