We’re offering a 2.5-hour workshop for your team to come together and get above the day-to-day. In the workshop you’ll get space to think strategically to consider the challenges and opportunities of what’s coming as we work through the 4Ps.

1. People

What people, structure and skills do you need to support business units and their projects when, at the same time, you're being asked to tighten your belts?

2. Process

How can you streamline your processes to be more effective and efficient for the teams you’re advising and delivering for?

3. Pipeline

What does your pipeline of projects over the next 12-months look like? What do your project teams need to meet community need?

4. Position

Our communities want to be informed, involved and engaged more than ever. How do you position yourselves to show the real value C+E brings?

So... how does it work!

We love keeping things simple, so here are the three steps we follow:

Survey

We gather some initial information from your team to hit the ground running in the workshop in two surveys - one for your team and one for your team leader.

Workshop

Together, in a 2.5 hour workshop we'll work through the four pillars - People, Process, Pipeline, Position - with a series of open discussion and activities.

Report

We'll pull together the findings and insights from the workshop into a report that gives you options for how to meet the challenges and opportunities your team faces.

This cost excludes GST and travel-related disbursements, including mileage, flights or accommodation outside of Hawke’s Bay.

While face-to-face is recommended for team building, we can deliver the workshop online to keep costs down.
